Bananas
Bananas contain Vitamin C and B6 which helps with the elasticity of the skin. Bananas also help hydrate the skin, which in turn doesn't cause the skin to over-produce oil which leads to acne breakouts.
Lemons can clear up oil, dirt and bacteria which means less to zero breakouts. The juice of a lemon can reduce acne; try putting lemon juice on a q-tip and dotting it on a pimple, leave overnight. Lemons also have a lightening agent which can help reduce the appearance of acne scars.
Apples have vitamin C, vitamin C helps you make collagen, a protein found abundantly in the skin. Apples also provide a source of copper, a mineral that contributes to healthy skin. Last but not least, apples provide a small amount of vitamin A. Vitamin A helps immature skin develop into mature and functional skin tissue.
Oranges can treat blemishes and dark spots, acne itself and blackheads. Grind up an orange peel to make a paste, apply to the face for 10-15 mins then rinse!

Papaya
Papaya is a good source for vitamin A and Papain, this fruit helps in removing dead skin cells along with breaking down inactive proteins. Papaya also has a low-sodium quality, which results in little retention of water which in turn results in your skin staying hydrated.
