I don't know about you but drinking (alcohol) during the summer doesn't sound too appealing. Alcohol doesn't hydrate or quinch your thirst, it does the exact opposite. But what's a pool party or a backyard BBQ without a little bit of booze?! Below is a list of healthy summer cocktails, to keep you cool and have you buzzin'!

Cherry Smash
Mint infused, cherry cocktail.

Ingredients:
1 cup pitted fresh or frozen (thawed) cherries
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, plus 4 sprigs for garnish
8 teaspoons sugar
6 ounces (3/4 cup) dark rum
1/4 cup lime juice
3 cups cherry flavored seltzer
